Adventures in Architecture camps invite students to engage with design in fun and immersive ways beyond the classroom. These experiences pair exploration with hands-on learning, inspiring curiosity about the built environment through projects and creative challenges that bring architecture to life. Whether you’re discovering design for the first time or diving deeper into how places are made, Adventures in Architecture offers meaningful opportunities to see, think, and create.

Hands-on summer learning experiences for middle school students that build creativity, confidence, and real-world design skills.

Adventures in Architecture

  • A week-long, hands-on camp introducing students in grades 7–8 to architecture, design, and the built environment. Through creative projects, tours, and team activities, campers explore how architecture shapes the world around them.

  • New this year, this half-day studio experience for grades 8–9 gives students the opportunity to tackle a real-world design challenge in a collaborative setting. Participants will explore the creative process used by architects and designers from concept to presentation.
