Eat.Drink.Architecture
The Iowa Architectural Foundation is pleased to announce the upcoming Eat.Drink.Architecture fundraising event. This progressive food, drink, and architectural tour of downtown Des Moines will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012.
The journey begins with appetizers and drinks at El Bait Shop/High Life Lounge at Noon and continues to Hessen Haus for another round of appetizers and Sbrocco for a light meal and wine before ending with after dinner fare at the Royal Mile. Along the route, participants can socialize and take part in a guided walking tour of south downtown Des Moines as the event progresses from one location to the next.
Eat.Drink.Architecture is sponsored by the Iowa Architectural Foundation and Full Court Press. All proceeds benefit the Iowa Architectural Foundation and its educational/outreach programs.

Noon to 1:00PM: El Bait Shop/High-Life Lounge (200 Southwest 2nd Street, Des Moines)
1:15 PM to 2:15 PM: Hessen Haus (101 4th Street, Des Moines)
2:30 PM to 3:30 PM: Sbrocco (208 Court Avenue, Des Moines)
3:45 PM to 5:00 PM: Royal Mile (210 4th Street, Des Moines)
Tickets are WILL CALL only. Participants will be given a “passport” for the event at check-in. Parking is available on the street near venues or in nearby parking garages. No outside food or beverage is allowed. Photography is welcome.
